Ouzo Marine Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd. was incorporated in 2004 and is an ISO 17020 certified company carrying out bunker survey inspections in accordance with Maritime Port Authority of Singapore’s SS 600 regulations requiring QHSE, indemnity insurance and approved equipment.

 

OUR VISION is to be the market leader in the field of Maritime surveying, bunker-cargo inspections, expediting and loss control. With a systematic approach, we thrive on new challenges and uncertainties in today’s market and embrace opportunities to demonstrate our capabilities.

 

OUR BUSINESS STRATEGY encompasses building and maintaining long-term relations with new and existing clients in this highly competitive market segment. Our key accounts are with major oil traders, charterers and ship owners as well as major inspection companies. Customer satisfaction and loyalty is our key guiding principle.

 

OUR BUSINESS MODEL is to work closely with our clients and being impartial in all aspects of conducting the survey in a professional manner and to minimize the risk of loss during bunker operations. We aim to provide our services in the most efficient manner with our knowledge, expertise and skills.

 

OUR OBJECTIVE as in any service industry is to win our client’s trust. We can only do this by providing value for money, maintaining high ethical standards and delivering on our promises.

 

Our key motivation is to save capital loss during bunker operations. We also strive to reach a win-win situation with the objective of cultivating close customer relationships, thus enabling us to better understand our client’s needs.

 

At present, Ouzo Marine is providing services to 10 Ship Owners, 8 Charterers and 5 Major Inspection Companies. Together with our associates, we are also able to provide shipping agency services as well as ship security and anti-piracy services.
